Tailor-made bags as filling of silencers

Frequently it is possible to use glass fibres also as bag material made of polypropylene (PP) or polymer net bags as fillings of silencers.

Texturised glass fibre rovings can be packed in net bags made of biodegradable polymer or low melting perforated PP foil.

The packaging disintegrates within the silencer. The internal stress of the glass fibre rovings together with the velocity of the exhaust gas flow disperses the glass fibre mass almost homogeneous in the available volume.

Sizes of the bags as well as filling quantities are available according to customer's requirements.
